Here at Mary Spritz, we only provide you with top notch and high quality products for your satisfaction. However, if our products fall short in your expectations, you can easily return it to us within 30 days with our No-Questions-Asked Return Policy.
If you wish to proceed with returns, please make sure your item is not defective and must be in the same condition as when you received it with receipt and all tags or labels still intact. It should be contained in its original packaging and is unworn, unwashed or unaltered. It should also be free of smoke, perfume, makeup or deodorant stains, etc. If mentioned conditions are not met, no refund or replacement will be made.
For items which are damaged through customer mishandling, refund is not applicable. We also do not accept items for return that are:
- Items purchased through direct retailers
- Incorrectly purchased products
- Broken items
- Incorrectly delivered items
All charges for returns are at the buyer’s expense. We will not be held accountable for parcels lost or damaged in transit. When applying for a return, showing a proof of purchase or receipt is a must. It is also a must for you to provide us a traceable tracking number of the parcel so we can monitor its location.
Refund details and status will all be sent to you via email. If your refund request is approved, it will be credited back to your original method of payment. However, in some instances, processing time may take a few days so it is recommended to double check with your credit card company.
If the received items appeared to be damaged during transit or found something defective or missing, please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach photos of the product’s damage/defect extent for faster and hassle-free processing.
If you change your mind after purchasing, you can freely cancel your order within 24 hours before we send it out for confirmation delivery. If the allotted 24-hr time already passed, you will have to wait until your item arrives before you can request for a return.
Please be informed that items on SALE on the website are non-refundable. Only standard priced items are eligible for refund.
